My brother was mad at Minecraft and decided it would be a great idea to delete all of the worlds. I had a world where I was building a castle and I was almost done! Please tell me there's a way to recover it?!

Data recovery program.
You can try something free like recuva.
I have had poor results with that program but some people swear by it.
I prefer seagates data recovery or Kroll but those are enterprise level & paid for.

No. Deleted worlds are completely deleted.
