Anything thats along the lines of minecraft where you build a house and survive, but without the blocks and maybe more realistic. Anyone know anything? Please don't say minecraft.

George mentioned Dayz, which is a decent survival game but lacks the elements of construction you were talking about. The best survival construction game I can think of is 7 days to die. It's got a similar crafting system to minecraft but it has far superior graphics. One caveat though, it does contain zombies (as does Day Z) and the environment is destructible (meaning unstable buildings can collapse on you and other players can destroy your constructs.
