Try a pawnbroker, They have some good stuff, i got a dell laptop with windows 8 for $288.
If that doesn't work, try staples… They have the brands like acer, dell, and hp!

Go to woot.com and go to the computers.woot section at the top. TONS of laptops in there around $350-$600 that will be MORE than enough for what you want!
