A texture Pack Fo' Minecraft?

I'm looking for a good texture pack for 1.7.2 that is like faithful but changes the Lapis lazuli into pool like block. That makes Lapiz lazuli useful.

You can swap textures in different texture packs. All you need is WinRAR and the texture packs that you want to swap textures with. Go on YouTube (Video explanation is way easier then understanding text) and search how to mix texture pack textures or something like that.
