Is It Possible to Salvage Anything from a Broken Xbox 360?

Our Xbox 360 recently passed due to the Red Ring of Death, and we replaced it with a new Xbox. However, all our data such as saved games, games, and map packs remained on the previous Xbox 360.

I can't log in to my previous Xbox Live account, as the email address used to make that account has been deleted. I made a new account now. Finally, our previous Xbox 360 had a hard drive, while our new one does not.

So is it at all possible to salvage anything from our old Xbox? There was so much money put into games like Minecraft, and zombie maps for Call of Duty. I don't want all that to go to waste.

Is there any possible future where more money isn't spent?

Unfortunately no, data on the hard drive is encrypted to that specific console, when you plug the hard drive into another console, or a pc, it will automatically reformat, and wipe itself. (To prevent gamesharing)

You can redownload anything you paid for by simply logging into your Xbox Live account (that you originally used to buy the digital content) on your new 360 and going to download history.
