For my safety. When is giving out information get to the point where it is unsafe. Should I give out my name/age on things like MineCraft or what state I live in for things like YouTube? What is the dangers of this?

The more info you give out the greater the chance of a troll or stalker having enough information to make your life stressful
Limit to the basic and then you should be as safe as you can be in the internet, your true friends will know your personal information so there's no real need to make it public
