I would recommend a PC with an Intel processor, they seem for me to work better for frame rate and chunk loading in MC. But out of those, #1 is the best.
#1 seems better overall.
#1 will probably not run Minecraft well at all. The HD 8610G is a low powered video chipset integrated into the APU. It is a very poorly performing chipset.
The HD 7560D is also integrated into the APU is likewise a poor performer. The 7560D is slightly faster than the 8610D. Both are sluggishly slow, and I doubt either will run minecraft well.
Don't by them until you hear from someone that has these and is able to run Minecraft with them.
I have a good £1800 PC which runs minecraft and many many other games… Look for one about that price and you will find one
#1, but its minecraft so you'll max out the settings on either one.
