I share a room with a sibling, and when I'm trying to sleep, they call my name and start talking, even if I don't respond. Sometimes they sing at night. I hate it, and during they day, they tend to not mind their own business, sit on my work laptop and never get off, signed into their internet accounts (Minecraft, Skype, Facebook, etc) and not bothering to sign out. Is there a solution to this, or am I just doomed?

They are trying to annoy you. Ignore it and they might get bored, or try to have a talk with them about it (if they're mature enough).

Can't help you with the sleep situation but I sure can help with the lap top issue.
Lock it. Put a password on it so they can't log on without it and then don't give it to them.
Change the password every month, particularly if you have an overly smart sibling.
If this computer is seriously for work, NO ONE else has any right to be on it.

But do you think you could talk to your parents about sleeping in another part of the house? If not make a lot complaints & after a while I'm sure your parents will put there foot down.
but maybe you should try getting out more, or just simply just having company over will take your mind off thee annoying nick picking. If you think having company will exculate problems, try spending the night over a friend/family member's house.
