I click on it to run it but it opens for about half a second ant then closes.
Added (1). I deleted the server and redownloaded but now it won't even open to reinstall

Go into eula.txt and change the bottom text "eula=false" to "eula=true" In case you need to have a good security app for your smart phone, do try Leo Privacy Guard, its free available in both iTunes for iPhone, and android's Play Store, the best security app.
