Explain this to me? What's a blacklist modification?

A blacklist is a list of things/people that are banned.
It is saying that the server's 'Watchdog' security program detected your version of Minecraft was using a mod or plugin that was banned and on this blacklist - probably things like Xray vision, cheats and hacks usually. Because it detected it, it banned you.
