Remove all water in Minecraft using MCedit?

First, select the area you want to have water removed. Then click on the Fill and Replace tool in the toolbar at the bottom. Select Water in the center box and click the Any Subtype box and then click OK. Next, in the left center box click on Replace and select the block you want to replace the water, in your case Air. Then click on Replace and your water should be gone!
