Can I get texture pack flow HD on console?

I have a psvita and a ps3 and I'm wondering if it's possible to get flow HD minecraft texture pack on them. If it's possible; please tell me how.

I wouldn't recommend it. While it is possible to mod consoles, it can cause serious problems as well.
