My processor doesn't give me as much fps as it should?

I have recently upgraded my processor and gpu. I used to have a AMD a6-6400K with Radeon HD 8470D GPU.
Now i have AMD a10-7700K with the Radeon R7 graphics.

I get 80fps on minecraft however my friend has the exact same specs and he has 200+fps…

How can i fix this?

Impossible to get 200+ frames per second… First of all there's no monitor around that can show 200+ frames per second…

Almost all monitors (desktop, laptop, TV) run at 60fps, but some very expensive models run at 120fps. It is just putting extra strain on your computer to try and get more than that, because you literally can't see the difference. I would suggest opening the Minecraft graphics settings and dragging the FPS slider to max out at 60.

You could try using the Optifine mod, which sometimes can improve your video performance in Minecraft.

I know I can't see more than 60fps but I need more so that when I record I record at smooth 60fps. My friend records at stable 90fps.

And my friend does have 200fps in game…
