I just bought minecraft. Doesn't show up on mojang account. I was charged for it and got a transaction ID in my email. All I get is demo mode on the client.

Contact them, I once stopped playing minecraft for a very long time and when I started playing it again I found out that I'm only allowed to play the demo, I contacted them the problem and they replied within 2 days and solved everything

Sometimes it takes a few days to transfer, you can wait a little or do what Aser said and contact them.
