Is my graphics card working?

I have an i5 laptop with radeon graphics, since i got it it was able to play minecraft at 100 fps and maximum then i can barely get 30 fps on the lowest settings i think my graphics card is not working any help please

P.S its suppose to run Grand Theft Auto IV at a decent Fps but i can't run it.

Sorry, but the graphics chip you have is not made for gaming performance. Still, some people have had success by changing the resolution of the game to something a bit lower. Odd resolutions seem to abnormally slow GTA IV down sometimes. Also, have you updated your drivers?
