Alright so apparently no one has ever had this problem before. I'm new to Minecraft and Whenever i move the mouse it just moves me around on the screen so I was wondering how to be able to use the mouse in the game.

I see tons of people use it on videos. And Also i typed /rp in the chatbox and it said to click somewhere to get it but i couldnt

What do you mean? Moving the mouse should turn your character which will move your view on the screen, if this isn't happening then the game is frozen or you are in a menu or the inventory screen…

You are able to use mouse cause you have to break and place blocks with your mouse
