How to record minecraft on PE and PC edition?

I'm a youtuber and I just started a series of lps (littlest pet shop) and next I will do monster high. When I start my minecraft series I need to know how to record. Any good apps?

Fraps is popular for PC games http://www.fraps.com/ if you use Windows. You can try it with limited recording time for free.

Not sure about PE edition (what OS?).
