How to get more youtube subcribers?

Honestly, you just get lucky.

And unfortunately, you're doing something that THOUSANDS, if not MILLIONS of YouTubers are already doing (Minecraft) and have been for years.

Once people find a YouTuber for a particular subject, they rarely change, so you're going to be hard pressed to find subscribers if you just play Minecraft.

I don't know if your an anime fan or not, but to get more subscribers I would say is too try uploading anime episodes from things like Bakugan or Bleach, or Naruto. Believe me there are A LOT of anime fans for if you upload better Naruto/Shippuden episodes you'll get more subscribers. Or if you can't try making amv's (animation music videos) on Windows Movie Maker on your computer. If you do not then you can try to download it from here:

It will take a while, if you don't think you can wait a while to get subscribers then you might want to reconsider doing YouTube. Some tips are be original, don't do minecraft lets plays or when people search it bigger youtubers will come up and not your videos, if you do it make the title original. Also try to colab with other youtubers, it makes it more fun to watch and fun for you instead of it getting awkward and you just talking about random things. The last thing is to make awesome thumbnails, people don't pay as much attention to the title and pay more attention to the thumbnail, put as many tags as possible without putting ones that don't pertain to your video like Skydoesminecraft unless he's in your video. That's pretty much it, record in hd and have fun.
