I'm settin up a minecraft 4 my friends and everything is working fine i have my ports working but my portchecker says that its not able to ping my router but i can see that my server is up but it can't login to it so i'm assuming its because not being able to ping to my router
Added (1). i'm using the minecraft server exe i'm not using no bukkit or anything
Would be better to use bukkit, more stable, but what you need to do is set up DMZ on your router and set it to your servers, the firewall is blocking the pings, they come under XMAS attacks or something like that. Without knowing the ip for yoiur servers and your router name and model threes nothing i can really do. Also make sure the ports your using. Your ISP isn't blocking
