A good public Minecraft 1.6.4 server but with no mods?

I know it is not the best place to ask but hope you can give a better answer than what's on google. Anyway as I said NO MODS and 1.6.4 is recommended ( not necessary )

I don't really play much Minecraft anymore, but one that comes to mind is StephenCraft, but it's 1.7.4 (not sure if that's a problem for you).

It started as a fanserver for Stephen Georg, he does vlogs and LPs, though he's not officially involved with the running or starting of it. Aside from some references you might not get (for example, there's a lot of builds referencing his LPs in the Creative worlds), you don't really need to know who he is at all to play on the server.
