Fortnite - upcoming online zombie survival and building game, and is centered on scavenging by day and fighting by night, building safehouses and generally surviving the appocolypse.
State of Decay - State of Decay is a mix between DayZ and GTA with RPG. If that last line didn't get you to go and buy the game for $20 on the Xbox arcade, I don't know what will. But seriously, this game is just really fun.
